1. Tester is not logged in
2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/
3. Click on Login/Register
4. Notice the placement of the throbber
expected behavior:
The loading throbber is on the right hand side of the Login/Register link
observed behavior:
The loading throbber is on the right hand side of the Submit an app link. See screenshot.

This is a gross bug yeah - will fix with bug 822552 though.
