HI Natasha - 

We weren't able to push this live and guessing now it's too late.  Sorry that the timing didn't work out.  In general, we'd like to get 2-3 weeks heads up before pushing a snippet live whenever possible.  If it is urgent, please ping me on email also.

Hi Winston,
That's fine! The campaign still resulted in high traffic since we realized it's too late to request the snippet push, we tried other means pushing through other local channels. Thanks a lot though. 2-3 weeks heads-up, got it! :)
