Details

"File | Offline | Offline Settings" does nothing it should be disabled if the current selected folder (or server) doesn't have any offline capabilites. (more on this in the next bug) when enabled, it should open up the account settings dialog, pre-flighted to the current server and to the offline settings panel for that server.
