I have already filed several issues with settings app in French (bug 823875, bug 816682). I suspect that they are actually the same underlying bug, and that this is yet another aspect of the same bug. Just in case, I am filing as distinct entries.

Further issues:
- My language is French. However, the settings app is displayed in English.
- When I am in French, going to the language choice screen doesn't display the sample format.

I am running 20121212
