+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #824915 +++

STR:
 - Go to settings
 - Tap on Media storage
 - Enable "USB Mass Storage Enabl…" (<-- another bug I guess)
 - Tab back
 - Tap Language
 - Tap on Language drop down menu
 - Tap on Português (do Brasil)
 - Short Tap on the home button (shortly)
 - Plug the phone to the a computer with a USB cable.
 - Open "Radio FM" application

Seen:
 - Error message is not centered vertically, and cause the screen can scroll vertically when sliding vertically with a finger.

Expected:
 - Vertically centered error message with no scrolling possible.
