tracking bug for a new ES node in phx1 to balance out the cluster.

For reference, the existing nodes are HP BL460c G7 nodes, ~ 35 GB RAM, ~ 238GB HDD, twelve processors.

BL460 G8 blade and drives shipped to Phoenix via Fed Ex 812085413480455 and 812085413480417. ETA is 12/31/12
