Details

There is no UI feedback for toolbar buttons in TB17 under Mac OS X 10.7.4 with the default theme.  Clicking doesn't change the button in any way, nor does hovering.  (Okay, hovering does eventually show a tooltip, but that's not relevant.)

This isn't too big a deal for the default set of buttons, as they largely perform some action that is visible on its own, but not all buttons necessarily perform an action that has immediate feedback.
