steps to reproduce: 1. Pick a free app for Firefox OS which is pending review 2. Navigate to Compatibility & Payments page 3. Change the app to paid 4. Navigate to Manage Status page 5. Click on the "Complete your app" link expected behavior: "Complete your app" link loads the Compatibility & Payments page observed behavior: "Complete your app" link loads the Edit Listing page
