Seems like it would be useful to be able to use the remote debugging tools for Fennec/B2G webapps. To do so, we'd need to flip a pref in the app, something that's kinda difficult right now. I wonder if we could add a manifest item (devtools: "enabled", maybe?) that would tell us to flip the prefs for the app.
Fabrice, you have any ideas how you're doing this for b2g?

Right now we can't do that in b2g because we run apps out of process and the remote debugger is not yet e10s ready. Do you just need to flip prefs for fennec?
