Details

Linux 2001-05-23 build. After browsing in several windows for several minutes, clicking on links does not load the linked page. When the links are clicked, the throbber throbs maybe one or two frames, then stops. No other effect can be seen. Full browser functionality is restored if you wait for a few minutes. I am filing this under networking because my wild-ass guess is that the browser is unresponsive while a keep-alive is still alive. The browser comes back to life after the keep-alive closes. That's my guess anyway. Sorry I have no real way to reproduce this, it happens seemingly at random.
I see this now and then as well. I think it may be a dup of bug 82181.
Yeah let's dupe it *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 82181 ***

Close enough, you probably can start loading once the keep-alive connection dies and you open a new connection.
