Testing this on mozilla-beta (18) as filed on my Galaxy Note II (Android 4.1) while I do not get a hang, I see the browser continually attempt to load something when tapping on the 'Asian' market index. The document does not ever finish the page and the content of the tab is never displayed.

I was testing on a Nexus 10 with Android 4.2. When I tried this again, it seems the Asian click is not necessary, but it is impossible to follow links on the page, so it does seem to hang the rendering thread.
