There are localizable entities for those strings (you can verify that by switching you phone to French), so this just sounds like the pt-BR localization isn't complete. Axel or Stas, is there a place people can look to track the progress of localizations?

Looking in the l10n repo, it looks like these strings are translated: https://hg.mozilla.org/gaia-l10n/pt-BR/file/f8123ec317d7/apps/browser/browser.properties#l45 Can you test again with a more recent multilocale build?

late-l10n is only for changes to gaia that impact localizations, not for changes to localizations, removing that keyword. I would look at my current unagi build, but I see that that doesn't have pt-BR nor es. Also, no official branding, that's weird.

Resolving INCOMPLETE as the date of the build is old.
