Do you have precise steps to reproduce the error? Something like:
1. Do this
2. Do that
3. Do this other
Actual results:
the mouse pointer rapidly alternates (is that it?) between arrow and hourglass
Expected results:
the mouse pointer should remain steady
The issue seems to have stopped once I closed a tab with URL
http://www.weather.com/weather/tenday/Antioch+CA+94531:4:US
But when I relaunched the URL in question the issue did not start happening again.
This issue seems to occur frequently, so I will restart my PC and see what happens.
I also have Firefox installed and will test it with he same URL. But I have not had this issue with IE, FF, or Opera
Ok. Rebooted and relaunched SeaMonkey and it glitched again (that page is one of my Home Tabs), but if I close that tab it stops, and if I hit the home button it does not happen again even though that url/tab opens up again. So it seems to only happen with that URL and only when I initially start SeaMonkey.
I set that same url as a home tab in FF and had no trouble with FF.
This perhaps?

thanks for the link. I think as it only happens under very specific circumstances I'll just work around it
issue seems to have resolved self
