8252 - No scroll bars for Card View and Results pane in Abook

using 19990614 build on Win 32 and 19990615 on Mac, there are no scroll bars for
the Card View pane.  Linux doesn't show anything in the Card View pane and
resizing causes so many problems I can't check it for this problem.  Note:resize
problem is already logged.

1. Launch Messenger
2. Launch Address Book (used the default address book entries)
3. Select the Personal Address Book, to display the cards in the Results pane
4. Select a name in the Results pane to display the card info in the Card View
pane
5. Resize the Card View pane so all the information doesn't fit in the view.
Notice there is no scroll bar.
6. Did the same for the Results pane, however there are only 2 names in this
pane so I'm not sure if a scroll bar should show up in this narrow of a window,
but if it should, it's not there.

Unable to test scroll bars properly because resizing the frame so that scroll
bars appear causes the panes to be erased.  Waiting on bug 8078.

Any more status on this? Not much we can do if 8078 is not fixed - suggest
moving to m9.

bug 8078.

Fixed.  The results pane has been fixed for some time now, the card view pane
will now get a scollbar.  Such that scrollbars are at this time...

Unable to verify due to bug# 14756 on the Mac, bug# 12979 where the scroll bar
crashes and 14779 where you don't see result pane information.

Build 1999102609M11: Win32/NT4, Linux/Redhat 5.0, Mac 8.5.1
Verified Fixed.

The scroll bars now appear for the Address Book's Results Pane and the Card View
Pane. On the Mac there is a problem when resizing smaller, the scroll bar in the
Results Pane disappears (bug# 17298).
