Steps to reproduce:

Selected an option (checkbox) under tools/options in Windows 8 Firefox 17.01


Actual results:

No check appears in any checkboxes to indicate which box is selected.
The text describing the current selection is outlined but the user cannot see if any other options are selected.  This happens in all "Options" popup windows


Expected results:

A checkbox should be highlighted
This does not occur in Windows 7

Is your Issue reproducible in Safe-Mode?

Does it happen with a non-customized Windows 8 (maybe check against a new/test User Account)?
