Details

Picking a simple one. 

a) We'll need a script that can be run on -dev, that will take the global stats out of -dev and add them into monolith. We can put the script into monolith and then run it on -dev, assuming that it will be able to access zamboni.

We'll assume that it will be run multiple times and hence will need to cope with multiple runs.

b) Make sure the API outputs data in right format for the marketplace to call.
