This page contains two iframes, and after loading the page, the URL of one of
the iframes is overwritten as the url of the page in the url bar.  The url of
the base page should remain.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.weather.com/weather/local/30339

Actual Results:  The url of one of the iframes shows in the url bar

Expected Results:  The url of the base page should show

I think this regression started sometime last week.
