I stood it as long as I could, because I know they are annoying to manually clean out, but https://secure.pub.build.mozilla.org/buildapi/running now lists 45 zombie jobs which have been "running" for between 14 days and 60 days. That means that using the "Infrastructure" menu on tbpl to see which trees have running jobs and might need some starring requires remembering that there are n zombies for each of 7 different branches, and that for aurora 3 running is 0 running, but for fx-team 2 running is 0 running.
Not having the permanent horde of 45 zombies also would have made it easier to recognize the existence of bug 825763, since the infinite retries would have been the only things that were submitted weeks ago.
