Steps to reproduce:

i have a couple of tabs open and one of them, stops the left slider of working,



Actual results:

but on one of the tabs the left slider stops working, visually
if you click on the slider it still works, screen scrolling also

What Do you mean with "left slider" ?
The arrow that scrolls the tabs if the tab bar overflowed  ?
Can you reproduce this only sometimes or always ?
Does it happen in the safemode ?

sorry right slider, 
i can not reproduce it sorry. happens to me 2 times, all other tabs work fine.
dont no if this bug appear in safemode to.

if it is stuck ( the bar in the middle of the slider) it wont move anymore, 
but still works,the arrows to.
