825559 - CVS write access to bugzilla-org

I've had CVS write access since bug 473140 but I'm unable to access the bugzilla-org source at the moment. A checkout attempt says: 

 [wicked@landfill commits]$ cvs [e-mail]:/www checkout bugzilla-org
 cvs server: cannot open /www/CVSROOT/config: Permission denied
 Cannot access /www/CVSROOT
 Permission denied

Not sure if I never got given the bugzilla-org permission (bug 473140 is unclear) or if I'm victim of disabled CVS account. In any case, there's some changes I need to do for the bugzilla.org website. Can I have the permission or do I need to ask somebody else do them?

I looked at the Teemu's account.  His ssh key still exists and is not disabled.  Not sure what else might be the issue.

Teemu did not have cvs_www access in despot and was not a member of the webcvs group on the filesystem.  I just added him to both, and as owner of the Bugzilla module, vouch on his behalf that he's okay to have it. :)

All of this needs to be documented :| No one knows enough about the legacy CVS stuff to do this anymore.
