Steps to reproduce:

Mer http://merproject.org is a mobile operating system core, which inherits the effort of the Meego project. Various end user distributions (such as Nemo Mobile, Plasma Active and Sailfish) use Mer core as a base, and share its infrastructure and SDK. XUL Fennec (based on Qt) can aim these systems as targets using Mer SDK:

So it makes sense to designate Mer a separate category in systems listed in bugzilla.mozilla.org (Meego while still being barely used is already becoming historic, and active development shifts to Mer).
