Details
(Whiteboard: [invalid?])
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0
Build ID: 20121128204232
Steps to reproduce:
I open a new compose window, drag and drop a file I want to attach. Next, I select the recipient, press tab, input the subject. Again, I press tab and the cursor goes to the attachment window.
Actual results:
If I am to press any non-English character on my keyboard -forgetting I need to press twice to reach the message body-, a FF window opens with the Thunderbird Support page (https://support.mozillamessaging.com/...).
Expected results:
Actually, nothing. However, I do believe this is a bug as no other characters open the support page. Only non-English ones do.
Pressing the tab twice -as this is what I need to do in the beginning- is the resolution...
It took a while for me to figure out why FF opens and displays the support page...
Here follows some additional information:
MS Windows XP Pro SP3, Thunderbird, 17.0, Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0, 20121116131442. Addons: Lightning, Test Pilot and Turkish Spell Checker.

this looks very incomplete to me, I don't think anyone can repro from those STR
to begin with, what localization of TB and what type of keyboard are you using?
which non-english characters actually trigger FF to show TB support page?
what keys on your keyboard are you pressing to type these characters?
(one reproducing example is sufficient)
do any of those keys pressed involve pressing F1 function key?
what is the default keyboard shortcut for triggering Help > Help Contents on your localization of TB?

Also, pressing random keys while focus is on attachment pane where you're not supposed to type is an avoidable user error we cannot guard against.
Perhaps it's Alt+h,h typed into attachment pane (but intended for body editor to type non-english characters), which triggers TB support page in FF.
I'd think this is invalid.

I can not confirm this for latest Earlybird on Windows 7, when pressing keys like ä ö ü and ß.
