Setting a password from a command prompt using the checksetup.pl script, either during install or with the "--reset-password"-switch, seems to result in the wrong password being set. The problem seems to be, that when the script prompts for the new password, on windows it will include the windows line ending "\x0d\x0a" but only the "\x0a" is chomp-ed away.

I cannot reproduce using Bugzilla 4.5 on Windows 7 nor on Windows 2000. The line ending is \n in both cases, as on Linux.
