see bug 82447 for an example. I just tested this with 052304 win32 mozilla build and saw the quotes trimmed on submit when creating a testbug. ALso seen on linux 052108 mozilla build. This is dataloss. Steps to reproduce: 1. create a new bug report with this summary: "use default action for this type" elements not disabled when I switch to "use different action" 2. submit report Results: Report contains this summary: use default action for this type" elements not disabled when I switch to "use different action
