Details

Build ID: 2001052404 Steps to reproduce: 1) Launch Navigator, ensure you have some global history entries 2) Open History sidebar tab 3) Open Edit>Preferences>Navigator>History 4) Click Clear History Result: Sidebar tab does not fully update. Twisties still exist next to empty folders (though clicking on them doesn't open anything - which is correct). Expected Result: Sidebar tab reflects the fact that there are no history entries and does not have twisties next to any of the folders. This is the behavior in the History Management Window.
While closing and reopening the history sidebar does *not* fix this problem, closing and reopening Navigator does.
yeah, just collapsing the sidebar does not close any of the sidebars, it just hides them.. you have to use view->My Sidebar to turn off and turn the sidebar back on. also, if you collapse and expand a single day, the per-site folders should go away..
This is not a sidebar issue, exactly the same happens with the history window: try clearing the history while some day folder is expanded; then the servers remain underneath the day, although empty.
reassigning history bugs to new owner - send this bug back to me if it looks like something I should fix (such as embedding-related architecture issues), rather than the actual history owner...
