User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:17.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20121128204232 Steps to reproduce: When I open Firefox, an empty bar about half an inch tall appears. This happens every time I open a new window in Firefox. Actual results: The bar disappears when I change the size of the Firefox screen or I press Ctrl+F.
Does it happen in the Firefox safemode ? -> Help/restart with addons disabled or http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode Please post the graphic section from about:support (enter it as URL) but not the whole about:support, thanks.
No, it does not happen in safemode.
Please disable all extensions manually (tools/addons/extensions) and restart Firefox. The this an issue with the hardware acceleration in case it's still happening without extensions
It does not happen with extensions disabled.
After enabling my extensions one by one, the bar only appears when ShopToWin 1.0.40 is enabled.
Please contact the author of that extension if you want to use the extension. marking invalid because this is no bug in Firefox
