Steps:

1. Find a radio station you like
2. Favorite it
3. Go to a different station
4. Stop playing the radio
5. Select your favorite station from #2

Expected:

The radio seeker should move immediately to the favorite station and give some indication that the radio is in progress getting ready to start.

Actual:

A 2 - 3 second delay is seen before the radio seeker and the radio starts playing. This is a perceived performance bug.
