Can't find the contact if it is in international format and you're writing it in national format

STR:
* add a contact "test" with a number +33612345678
* go to the Sms App
* start a new Sms
* write the number 0612345678
Expected:
* the contact "test" should be displayed
Actual:
* no contact is displayed
However this works correctly after the Sms is sent, when the thread is displayed, so I expect this should be easy to fix.
