825901 - Remove the old linker code

mobile/xul builds for android are pretty much dead, so I think it's safe to remove the old linker code, now. This will make mobile/xul use the new linker, which would lead to library memory not being shared between processes anymore, but it's not like it really matters, since we don't produce such builds. And memory sharing between processes is under work for the new linker, for webapps, anyways, so it'd be solved in a few weeks/months.
