Async Video is broken on the layers refactoring branch.

Part of the problem is that the deserialization logic is messed up (see bug 825931).

Async-video now works in the gfx branch, although we need to re-implement a few things like the optimization to avoid copy when images are already in shared memory and RGBImages.
