I checked for updates (nightly build), got an update notification. Clicked download and let it download. Once the download was complete, it asked whether I wanted to apply the download, and I said "Later". Then, later, I went back and checked for updates again and got a notification that there is an update, so I tap it, and then tap "Download" (even though it's already been downloaded). At that point it seems we realize that it's already been downloaded and we move straight into "Uncompressing..." the update, which never finishes. I've waited for an hour, nothing.

I don't have logs at this point, but I've reproduced this twice (out of two tries) so should be able to get logs if needed.
Nominating, as this seems like something that must work on a released phone.
