82606 - Resizing browser window does not always resize plug-ins

Reproducible: Always

Steps:
1) Go to URL above
2) Wait for flash to load
3) Resize the window

Actual results:

Flash content stays the same size until you reload the page.

Expected results:

Flash content resizes along with browser (NS4 and IE5 do this)

I don't see any difference on 4.x and 6.x here and the test url :

The plug-in has to has a size that's related to the size of the page (or 
containing element), i.e. width="100%".  Also, I think this is only a problem on 
certain pages.  I just found bug 70429, which may be related.

On the test URL in the bug, NS 4.77 and today's Netscape commercial build 
definitely have different behaviors when the window is resized (at least on 
here at least ;).
