Steps to reproduce:

Not specific key or task sequence is remembered, but find many time after few days that Messages are corrupting. It is strongly felt ( but not sure ) that this corruption is noticed after Compact Folder option is executed manually or by program its own. ( Manually executed this option to confirm, but did not find same result.) This phenomenon observed 3~4 times - Not all but some messages damaged or lost.


Actual results:

Before this, the message subject & content are proper - in viewing pane & if opened in separate window also. After this happened, the Viewing pane has different contents & actual message has different one & some of messages are only shown in Viewing pane but if try open nothing displayed - Both symptoms images are attached.

Wayne Mery, Since update has taken place to 17.0.5, This corruption is not observed. Any way thnx for attending... b/r - Sunil
