1. Title : Not displaying time on progress bar while playing video of duration more than one hour 
2. Precondition : video with duration more than one hour should available in phone
3. Tester's Action : User plays video with duration of more than one hour 
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : The time on progress bar disappears after "59 mins .59 sec" 
5. Detailed Symptom (KOR.) : 
6. Expected : player should able to diplay the time of the video in progress bar if the duration of video is more than one hour
7.Reproducibility: Y

The code looks good, and it also fixes bug 840886, I think.

But the PR on github includes an unrelated commit, so I can't merge it as is.  Please create a new pull request with just the one commit.  If you don't have permissions to do the merge yourself, you can email me (dflanagan at mozilla.com) to let me know when the pull request is ready.
