Details
I have a CVS acct w/ http access on mozilla.org, so maybe the permissions on
that one can be extended to have developer access rights.
No SRS required as code check-in will not affect the build and is for QA
projects only.

David: Not sure what you are asking for here - according to despot, you have
both cvs access rights as well as gila rights (for docs). Also, I note that I
don't have a signed form on file for you - we need to have that for everyone
working with CVS. I will drop one off on your chair today - if you could fill
it out and return it, I would appreciate it.

If I have developer permissions, then everything is OK. I was told I might not
have this even though I have a CVS acct. In any case, I'll sign the form and
return it to you. Thanks.

resolving as fixed. form received, and we have determined that David already had
the necessary access.
