Currently users have to manually setup sync on both the Metro environment and the Desktop environment.

The initial account creation process is pretty straightforward, but due to some security concerns the pairing process is particularly painful.

It should be possible to automatically import the data from one browser into the other browser though since both browsers are run as the same user account on the same computer and both browsers are run as medium integrity processes.

If we can glom the already created info from the profile that is missing the info, and it is not too difficult, then we should do that.

Otherwise at sync account creation time we should store the sync credentials and recovery key (but NOT the sync client GUID) at some secure location that other unelevated users cannot access.

Once the alternate browser without sync setup imports the info, it will need to go through the exact same channel that J-PAKE does to create a new Sync client. The server will just think that it paired a new device.
