Check the scrollbars on the righthand list box.
After you choose "Customize My Sidebar..." the dialog that appears has screwy
listbox scrollbars.

I should also mention that this bug appears in Moz/5 0.9 on Linux running under
a remove X Session (via Exceed 6.2 on a Win2k box). If my memory serves me
correctly the bug also appears on other platforms.
