On some screens, using the scroll bar causes only half the screen
to scroll.  the other half remains fixed.  This does not happen communicator 4.7

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.sears.com
2.On the left, click on "appliances"
3.On the left, click on "Refrigeration"
4.Choose "Bottom Freezer Refrigerators"
5.  Use the scroll bar to scroll down.  .

Actual Results:  The left half *the blue part) scrolls fine, but the right part
doesn't move.
Note; I've tried this many times. The bug has happened everytime except once.
I'm not sure why it worked that time

Expected Results:  The whole window should scroll
nto seeing on win98 2001052320 (post 0.9 build). Asa, can you try with your mac?
