updates report failure "update could not be installed" after "restart to apply" from Help > About. But it installs with the next startup.

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20121231071231 Steps to reproduce: 1. click Help> About Earlybird 2. click to check for updates 3. click to install update 4. click to restart to apply update Actual results: Ebird closes but when it restarts, it reports update could not be installed, check to see if version is running etc. I then close that popup window and immediately click the Tb desktop icon and it installs the update normally. This has happened now with about the last 3-4 updates, including today's. Expected results: The update should have applied without my having to restart a second time? note: I'm running on Windows 7 x64, but with Earlybird installed in the "Programs Files (x86)" folder, with an administrator rights profile; and prior the most recent 3-4 updates, had not experienced this. Wayne, apologies for the belated reply; yes, i'm still seeing this issue (though somewhat less regularly¹), using version: Earlybird 40.0.a2(2015-06-16) [1. it happened yesterday & today] Thanx~

Summary: updates report failure upon "restart to apply" but install normally with immediate restart → updates report failure "update could not be installed" after "restart to apply" from Help > About. But it installs with the next startup.

Apologies for the delayed response. i have not seen this bug in several recent updates (i am at 60.0b11 presently and running Thunderbird rather than Earlybird), thanks Wayne.
