Description

STR
 (1) Open dialer
 (2) Go to keypad
 (3) Tap and hold a key, like "1"
 (4) Holding finger down, move finger over to another key like "9"

Note that "1" stays highlighted the entire time finger is down.

You just set the bug blocking+. Are we blocking on this bug or not?

Note that the current behavior is in parity of iPhone dialer.

This is consistent with prior art, so I'd say it's not an issue, but I've cc'd Ayman (Dialer designer) for secondary input.
