On Win8, closing an app is easy with swiping down gesture, comparing with on iOS and android. Win8 is not very clear indicating that if the app is completely closed or still running at the background.

We need to provide an option for users to restore their open tabs from last time.

In the preference panel, users should be able to choose their startup:
- Start Page
- Blank Page
- Tabs from last time

If users choose to enable "Tabs from last time",
when users quit the browser, the browser should remember the tabs that users have not closed and restore them when they open it again automatically.

This should be fairly easy; XUL Fennec already had code to implement this preference.

I think we want to make it a choice between the Awesome screen and Tabs from last time with the Awesome screen (what ever we name it in product) the default. The actual implementation of session restore is handled in bug 801199.
