fix for bug 74088 (Linux Mozilla does not accept non ASCII keyboard input) broke input of koi8-r (cyrillic) characters in forms. cyrillic characters now display as ISO-8859-1 characters, and convert to "?" after submit. my setup: RH6.2 with XFree86 3.3.6, Ximian GNOME 1.4 with latest updates. i'm typing cyrillic chars via xmodmap. locale set to ru_RU.KOI8-R. i found the checkin which caused the bug: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&subdir=mozilla/widget/src/gtk&command=DIFF_FRAMESET&file=nsGtkEventHandler.cpp&rev1=1.160&rev2=1.161&root=/cvsroot
Changing QA contact to marina for now. Marina, can you take a look at it?

don't know if it is fixed somehow or its a result of my upgrade to XFree86 4.0.3 with Xkb support, but its now working. since nsGtkEventHandler.cpp didn't change, it seems like contribution of Xkb.
If it's working now, please mark as WORKSFORME.
mark it as work for me.
