AFAIK, this is a request to update hg repositories (aurora) with updated Occitan content since it is mostly complete:

Dwayne, I don't know how you push from Pootle to hg, do we keep this bug open to ask you for pushes ?

Cédric, your attachment are not files from Mozilla, they come from Dwayne's tool, hence my request to Dwayne in comment #3, he has tools and experience to convert files from his tools to files Mozilla can use.
