+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #827187 +++
Bug 827187 landed without a test because we cannot test this feature from xpcshell. Will need a mochitest or something.

FHR is going away but we should make sure that we have test coverage for the equivalent measurement in Telemetry.

We now have some test coverage about the default browser flag: we check that we don't report it before the session is restored and we make sure we have a valid value after it is restored.
