Some popup or prompt comes out with alert that the limit reached.

Does not sounds like a regression. The word alert is maybe misused here since the 'alert' you have is the data bar going to red in the notification tray.
Renoming.

Then, it's a invalid bug.
However, shouldn't there be a btter alert like a popup/prompt or something that close the connection?
