I'm not sure this is the correct way to request and account. These should come via WPR through to bugzilla, not directly this way unless this was spoken about before with WPR/Tim.

Contractor need to be verified by HR and have a contract in place that has been verified by Legal.  A PO will be required if the total amount of the PO exceeds $25k.  Please see the wiki for more infomation: https://intranet.mozilla.org/Contractor_Requests.

Contractor is coming to us through Exalt Consulting.  Exalt already has a MSA and PO open with Mozilla.

Does this person need hardware?  It would really be best to complete the Contractor webform so we are following the standard process and get the all the details captured.
