827356 - make DOMWINDOW debugging messages use consistent addresses

The ++DOMWINDOW and --DOMWINDOW messages use an inconsistent mix of
nsGlobalWindow, nsPIDOMWindow, and nsIScriptGlobalObject pointers.  This
may or may not cause frustration on the part of the developer attempting
to actually pay attention to these messages.
