Good idea, a management command that we can run through the admin would be nice. It would also be nice to re-sign an individual app.

P3 for now, but will increase rapidly if we get real certs.
Management command in the admin is fine, but if a CLI management command is easier, I'm ok with that too. I don't expect to need to run this often. Command should work similarly to our re-process stats command, where it does everything by default but accepts an argument for a specific app. Thanks.
