no indication of "active call" in status bar
User is not shown any indication of an active call, in the status bar.
Repro Steps:
1. Update to Unagi Build ID: 20130104070203.
2. Make a call using the Unagi device.
3. Check Status bar.
Actual Results:
There is no indication in status bar that the user is on a call.
Expected Results:
The user should be shown some kind of indication of the active call, in status bar.
