- go to www.foxnews.com
- scroll down by a full page (click below thumb in scrollbar)
- scroll back up by a full page (click above thumb)

expected:
- should look the same as before you started

actual:
- entire left nav bar is missing, as if it forgot to scroll back.

i've seen something similar on weather.com. this appears to be mac only.
peterl, feel free to reassign to the right person in the group, i just knew
karnaze didn't have a mac.

while this bug is cosmetic, it really makes us look bad on a top100 page. if not
for beta, we better nail this for rtm.
Could this be a regression or was it always like this?
this also happens at:

http://www.weather.com/weather/local/94043

dear god is the page a mess after you scroll. i mean a _mess_. i've seen this
behavior for a while, it's not a recent regression. just no one else has filed
bugs, so....
confirming the page is mess after scrolling..
Sounds related to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=76085 which was
reported on April 15th.
yeah, i think it is.
